Brand Questionnaire and Pre-session Audit:

Once installment payment is made, there will be some pre-work on your end, which typically takes 1-2 hours. The better quality of the pre-work, the higher quality output from our Brand Clarity Call.

Kick-off:

In our kickoff – the Brand Clarity Call – we will discuss your brand, the current identity challenges, and how you’ll be using the Strategy Brand Book. We will also discuss project timelines and next steps for internal stakeholder interviews and consumer research.

Foundation, Research and Discovery:

  • Comprehensive key stakeholder interviews (one-on-one Google Meet video call)

  • Competitive assessment (team to identify 3 competitors)

  • Insightful consumer interviews (one-on-one Google Meet video call)

  • Informative online customer reviews

Client Debrief

Strategy Brand Book Review:

  • Review brand identity content of Strategy Brand Book (15-25 pages PDF)

  • Determine visual elements - colors, fonts, etc – from existing brand identity to be used for designed PDF

We talk a lot about the key findings – your consumer, your brand and your competition and what’s makes your brand distinct.

Review brand content. Make edits.

We review the brand identity – mission, promise, benefit, features, etc – in a word doc form and make two rounds of edits.

Final Deliverable (and celebration!!).

You receive a designed Strategy Brand Book for a supercharged brand. You speak with a unified voice to creatives, consumers and internal teams. I also stick around for any additional team support to ensure brand identity consistency across consumer touch points.
